Fancy some fighting this weekend?

Thirty-two martial arts experts will come fight it out at the Hackney Empire this weekend, competing for a grand prize of £10,000.

The 10K Grand Clash competition will pit some of the UK’s top fighters against the best in the world. Five bouts will determine the competition winner, who will take home the purse and the title of Ground Clash King.

The event was organised after the success of last year’s Karate Clash and will feature ground-based martial arts techniques such as Greco Roman, Pancrase, Shoot, Judo and Brazilian Jiu Jitsu disciplines and is the first event of its kind to be held in the UK.

Tickets for the clash on Sunday 11 are from £18 - £35 with stage VIP tables of ten selling at £75 per head. Doors open at 6.30pm with the first fight at 7.30pm. For more information call the Hackney Empire Box Office on 0208 985 2424.
